terms & Conditions – Appointments, Payments & Refunds

 

By booking an appointment with Karmic Healing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Deposits & Payments

 

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Deposits may be transferred once only to a new appointment if sufficient notice is provided.

• The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

 

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the service price.

• Failure to attend your appointment (no-shows) will result in full payment being retained.

• Genuine illness or medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Karmic Healing. Supporting documentation may be requested.

Refund Policy

 

• All services provided by Karmic Healing are non-refundable.

• Once a treatment has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction, or early termination of the session.

• Refunds will not be issued due to contraindications or medical conditions disclosed on the day of the appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all medical and health information is disclosed accurately at the time of booking.

Late Arrivals

 

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting other clients.

• The full service fee will still apply.

Agreement & Authorisation

 

By proceeding with a booking, you authorise Karmic Healing to process payments in accordance with this policy and acknowledge acceptance of all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
